We are a Canadian company and we handle personal information in line with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and any provincial privacy laws that apply to us.
By using our website or giving us your personal information, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or send us your information.

2. Information we collect
The personal information we collect depends on how you deal with us. It may include the following.
- Order and account information, such as your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number and order history.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our systems.
- Business contact information for people at golf clubs, country clubs, pro shops and other business customers, such as your name, job title, club or company, work email, work phone number and notes about our conversations and quotes.
- Communications you send us, such as messages through our contact form, emails, reviews and customer support requests.
- Marketing preferences, such as whether you have subscribed to or unsubscribed from our emails.
- Technical information collected automatically when you use our website, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location and cookie identifiers.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as health records, and we ask that you do not send it to us. If you tell us about a skin reaction to one of our products, we will use that information only to respond to you, to meet our product safety obligations and to improve our products.
3. How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you place an order, create an account, fill out a form, subscribe to our emails or contact us. We collect technical information automatically through cookies and similar tools. We may also receive information from payment processors, shipping carriers and, for business customers, from publicly available sources such as a club's website.
4. How we use your information
We use personal information to do the following.
- Process and ship your orders, handle returns and provide customer support.
- Prepare quotes, invoices and agreements for business customers and manage those relationships.
- Send you service messages, such as order confirmations, shipping updates and product safety or recall notices.
- Send you marketing emails about our products, offers and news, where you have consented or where the law otherwise allows.
- Understand how our website is used and improve it, our products and our services.
- Detect and prevent fraud, security incidents and misuse of our website.
- Meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
If we want to use your information for a new purpose, we will tell you and, where required, ask for your consent first.
5. Your consent
We collect, use and share your personal information with your consent, which may be express or, in appropriate circumstances, implied. You can withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions and reasonable notice, by contacting our Privacy Officer. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to provide some products or services.
We send marketing emails in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing email includes our identification details and a working unsubscribe link, and we will honour unsubscribe requests within the time the law requires.
7. Storage and transfers outside Canada
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. When your information is held in another country, it is subject to the laws of that country, and courts, law enforcement and national security authorities there may be able to access it. We use contracts and other measures to require these providers to protect your information to a standard comparable to ours.
9. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy or as the law requires. Order and invoice records are generally kept for six years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When we no longer need information, we delete it or anonymize it.
10. How we protect your information
We use reasonable physical, organizational and technical safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls and encrypted connections on our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach of security safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by law.
11. Your rights
You have the right to ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, and to ask how we have used and shared it. To make a request, contact our Privacy Officer using the details in Section 1. We may need to verify your identity first. We will respond within 30 days, or tell you if we need more time as the law allows.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at www.priv.gc.ca, or with the privacy regulator in your province. Residents of Quebec may have additional rights under Quebec privacy law, and we will honour those rights where they apply.
12. Children
Our website and products are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their province or territory without a parent or guardian's consent. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Links to other websites
Our website may link to third-party websites, such as the websites of golf clubs or our partners. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make a significant change, we will post a notice on our website or contact you directly where required.
15. Contact us
If you have questions about this policy or our privacy practices, contact our Privacy Officer.
